A CMN group is 4–12 men meeting weekly, working through Majoring in Men curriculum together. No perfect leader required — just a man willing to show up consistently and do the work.
Most groups start with a leader and a few friends. Many become the foundation of a church’s entire men’s ministry. You don’t need a seminary degree. You need a willing heart and the right tools.

Commissioned
Group leaders complete the Majoring in Men Foundations 12-week online training and are accountable to CMN’s Commissioning Standards. This isn’t a title — it’s a commitment to lead with integrity and consistency.
Dedicated
CMN group leaders are dedicated to ministering faithfully to men in their community — week after week, through the easy seasons and the hard ones. Consistency is more important than charisma.
