Christian Men's Network, a ministry cofounded in 1977 by Paul and his father, Dr. Edwin Louis Cole, has for almost fifty years been the premier producer of resources for discipling men and has grown into a global ministry committed to defeating fatherlessness, ending child abuse and raising up millions of men who will show up in the day of battle.
Under Paul's leadership, CMN has expanded the reach of the ministry to men, architected a comprehensive strategy to resource the underground church called the Dangerous Nations campaign, launched the Global Fatherhood Initiative, premiered DadAcademy.com, and built the Brave Men podcast, delivering “Wisdom and courage for the journey,” and Brave Men Motivational that provides words of wisdom to men worldwide throughout each week.

Paul's professional life has taken him from firefights in Middle Eastern wars to perilous revolutions in the deep jungles of central Nicaragua. He helped Willie Nelson launch the highly successful charity FarmAid, helped launch the most successful AIDS program in African history, and tirelessly continues to work for the sake of rescuing men and families. His professional accolades range from Emmy awards to Addy awards to numerous charity and civic awards.
In addition to his many media outlets, Paul is the author of Daring, Just a Bartender, and Identity.
Paul and his wife Judi are parents of Pastor Niles and teacher Lindsay Cole Holsinger, Pastor Brandon and Meredith Cole, and worship leader Bryce Cole, and proud grandparents of nine. The Cole family is active in ministry and numerous compassion outreaches, both community-based and worldwide.
